Water is the nectar of human life. In good thirst the taste of water surpasses that of elixir. Nowadays, many people do not have the habit of drinking water properly. Nutritionists say this habit is very dangerous. Drinking too much water is just as risky as not drinking enough water.

Water is essential for our body to function healthy. Because most of our body structure is made up of water. Doctors advise people who are stressed to drink a lot of water. It is good to have enough water in our body. But don’t forget that amrita and nanju are harmful if you exceed it.
